Istrian square-shaped pasutice are a popular Istrian type of pasta, traditionally prepared alongside stewed cabbage during winter holidays, or alogside cod and anchovies during Lent. Pasutice is a traditional pasta variety that is also an antecedent to the famous Istrian fuži pasta.

 

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%. May contain traces of molluscs.
